‘Purple Nurple’
Emily King
2023, Acrylic wool, foam, polyfil
27x20x20cm

These three dimensional fibre works are playful, sophisticated, chromatically diverse interpretations of organic abstract molecules derived from the morphology of mammary glands and areolar complexes. They invite tactile desires from the audience, while inciting desire and disgust due to the nature of the forms.
