SHIPPINGS / DELIVERY:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 24–72 hours of being received.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped with the tracking number for your order. Orders can be tracked here. 

All orders are sent with Australia Post from Bendigo – sadly all delays in the postage system are out of my control!

I attempt to reuse packaging materials as much as possible – this will not impact the standard of your order packaging (it just might not look as pretty!).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at hello@georgia-laughton.com with your order number and a photo of the artwork’s condition, so we can work towards a satisfactory solution.

DELIVERY:

If I know I am going to be in your area, I will endeavour to hand deliver your order if possible. Standard postage fees still apply. Hand deliveries will be confirmed via email prior to confirm the delivery time is suitable for you. 

LOCAL PICKUP:

Orders may collected from the studio in Bendigo by appointment. Once your order is ready to be collected an email will be sent to arrange a collection time – the address of the studio will be advised in this email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders do not include duties or taxes. Additional duties, taxes or other charges may be due upon receipt.

Currently postage outside of Australia is taking an extremely long time even when posted express – again sadly this is out of my control.
